Welcome To Amber Waves

Kids are born year-round. Most of our pygmy kids are sold through pre-deposits   Occasionally we have animals available not pre-sold then we notify our mailing list first and then post them for sale on our web-site. We ship nationally and internationally.

Amber Waves

Established in 1982 in Norco, California, Amber Waves is committed to producing high quality, registered African pygmy goats for breeding, showing, and family pet purposes. Over the years Amber Waves has become an industry leader, accumulating prestigious awards such as 428 Champions, 4 Premier Exhibitor awards, 7 Premier Breeder awards, 5 Herdsman awards, and 1 National Champion Buck award. Kiddings are available year round and may be shipped both nationally and internationally. Occasionally proven bucks and does are also available for purchase.

Kids Left Till Weaned

• All kids are dehorned.  If you want horns the animal must be paid for in full at birth.
• All kids have their first shots, worming and first Coccidia treatment
• All kids come registered in the national Pygmy Goat Association and have an application for dual registry in the American Goat Society*.  Not all animals have dual registry.
• Our herd was last tested negative for CAE, CL and Johne's on January 7, 2011
• Life-time support.
• Auto reminders when scheduled worming, shots or other health treatments are needed for your newly purchased pygmy goat.
• Each customer receives a copy of The Pygmy goat Owners handbook published by the national Pygmy Goat Association.

Bottle Babies

• All kids come with registration in the National Pygmy Goat Association and an application for dual registration in the American Goat Society. * Not all kids are eligible for dual registration.

• Life Time Support

• Auto-reminders when scheduled worming and other health items are needed for your pygmy goat.

• The Pygmy Goat new owners Handbook published by the National Pygmy Goat Association.

• Babies may be brought back for dehorning and/or castration.
